What is #ARTWARENESS
Artwareness is a movement to help positively impact and make a change in the world through art.
The movement was founded by Los Angeles based artist and designer Mikael B.
Mikael has throughout the years supported several charities to help education, climate change, ocean preservation and terminally ill children through his art.
Mikael is an ambassador for The Perfect World Foundation and Danish Red Cross and holds a Certificate of Recognition from the City of Los Angeles for his accomplishments and contributions to the art community in LA.
“I believe that art has the power to make you stop and think in an otherwise hectic world. That comes with a responsibility to utilize that attention and reach to better the world. I’m elated knowing I can wake up and do what is my deepest passion.
